The questions everyone asks first

Do you guarantee replies?

No. Reply rates depend on your sender domain, warmup, follow-up sequence, send timing, and offer–market fit — none of that is in our scope. We guarantee opener quality (real signal, no templates) and back it with a no-questions refund.

Where do the prospects come from?

Vibe Prospecting (Explorium) for the underlying directory — verified emails, LinkedIn data, firmographics. Signals come from public sources: press releases, Crunchbase, PitchBook, LinkedIn posts, recent news. Everything cited is verifiable.

Is this only B2B?

Currently yes. If you sell to consumers, the signal-grounding mechanic doesn't translate as cleanly — email us anyway and we'll be honest about whether it'd work for your case.

What countries do you cover?

US, Canada, and UK by default. Other geographies on request — mention in your intake.

How do payments work?

For the first dollar: Stripe Payment Link, Venmo, or Wise — whichever is easiest for you. We'll send the right link after your intake comes through. Retainer billing transitions to Stripe Subscriptions.

Can I get a list revised?

One round of revisions within 48h of delivery if the ICP fit is materially off (e.g. you specified Series B SaaS founders and we surfaced agency owners across the board). We don't revise individual openers — that's a sliding-scale problem.

How do I know the signals are real?

Every signal is in its own column in the CSV, cited verbatim. Google any one of them. If you can't find the source, that's a refund.
