Privacy policy
We collect the minimum needed to deliver what you bought. No third-party analytics, no cookies, no advertising trackers. We never sell your data. You can request deletion at any time at admin@oracleiq.info.
1. Who runs this
Outbound-in-a-Box is a product of OracleIQ, operated by Caden McClure (sole proprietor) in the United States. Contact: admin@oracleiq.info.
2. What data we collect
2.1 If you visit the site
Standard web-server logs from our host (Squarespace) record IP address, user-agent, page URL, timestamp, and HTTP referrer for the purpose of operating the site (security, error monitoring, basic traffic counts). Squarespace's data handling is governed by their privacy policy.
We do not set cookies, fingerprinting scripts, or third-party advertising/analytics trackers on this site as of the last-updated date above. If we add a privacy-friendly analytics tool (e.g. Cloudflare Web Analytics or Plausible. Both cookieless), this policy will be updated to disclose it.
2.2 If you submit the free-sample form
The form on /free-sample/ submits via your email client (a mailto: link), sending the following directly to admin@oracleiq.info:
- Your email address (required)
- Your first name (optional)
- One-sentence product description (required)
- Your ICP description (required)
- Pain point (optional)
- Target geographies (optional)
- Companies to exclude (optional)
- Source attribution: which page you came from + HTTP referrer (auto-added by the form to help us understand which pages convert. This is the only "tracking" data we collect, and it ships with the form submission. Not via a third-party beacon)
2.3 If you pay for a tier
Stripe processes the transaction. Stripe receives your name, email, billing address (if you enter one), card details, and IP. Governed by Stripe's privacy policy. We do not see or store your card details. We do receive, from Stripe, your email and the order metadata (tier, amount, purchase intake answers you provided at checkout) so we can fulfill the order.
2.4 If you reply to a delivery email
Your reply lands in admin@oracleiq.info, hosted on Google Workspace and accessed via IMAP/SMTP for the autonomous reply-classifier described in our About page. Google's data handling is governed by their privacy policy.
3. What we use it for
- Fulfill your order. We use your email + intake answers to generate and deliver your CSV.
- Post-delivery support. Day-3 / day-7 / day-14 follow-up emails asking if anything is off. Reply "no thanks" and we stop.
- Operational analytics. Internal aggregate reporting on reply rates, conversion, deliverability. Never tied to your identity in any output we publish.
- Refund processing if you request one.
4. What we don't do with it
- We do not sell, rent, or lease your data to third parties.
- We do not include your email in any prospect list we deliver to other customers.
- We do not use your form submissions to train AI models or as input to anything other than fulfilling your specific order.
- We do not run retargeting ads, conversion pixels, or any third-party JavaScript that would share your visit with other services.
5. Where data lives
- Email: Google Workspace (admin@oracleiq.info).
- Payments: Stripe.
- Site files + intake records: on the operator's machine, version-controlled via git. Backups are encrypted local + iCloud Drive.
- Web hosting: Squarespace.
Your data may transit through US-based servers (Squarespace, Stripe, Google Workspace are US companies). If you're in the EU/UK and need a Data Processing Agreement (DPA), email admin@oracleiq.info. We'll execute the standard Stripe + Google DPAs that cover this.
6. Your rights
At any time you can:
- Access the data we hold on you. Email admin@oracleiq.info with subject "Data access request" and we respond within 7 days.
- Correct any inaccuracies. Same channel.
- Delete your data. Same channel. We delete within 7 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. tax records for paid orders, retained per US IRS guidance).
- Opt out of follow-up emails. Reply "no thanks" to any delivery email or follow-up. We add you to the do-not-contact list and you'll never hear from us again.
If you are in the EU/UK/California: these rights map to GDPR (Articles 15–17, 21) and CCPA. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority if you believe we've mishandled your data.
7. Data retention
- Free-sample requests: kept for 12 months for follow-up + analytics, then deleted unless you become a paid customer.
- Paid order records: 7 years (US tax retention requirement).
- Email correspondence: 24 months after last interaction.
- Do-not-contact list entries: retained indefinitely (deletion would defeat the purpose).
8. Children
This is a B2B product. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we delete it.
9. Changes
If this policy changes materially, the "last updated" date at the top of the page changes and (for paid customers) we email you a notice. Trivial wording fixes get the date bump only.
10. Contact
Privacy questions, data requests, complaints: admin@oracleiq.info. We respond within 7 days, usually within 1 business day.
