Last updated 2026-05-25 · Operator: OracleIQ (sole proprietor Caden McClure, United States)

We collect the minimum needed to deliver what you bought. No third-party analytics, no cookies, no advertising trackers. We never sell your data. You can request deletion at any time at admin@oracleiq.info.

1. Who runs this

Outbound-in-a-Box is a product of OracleIQ, operated by Caden McClure (sole proprietor) in the United States. Contact: admin@oracleiq.info.

2. What data we collect

2.1 If you visit the site

Standard web-server logs from our host (Squarespace) record IP address, user-agent, page URL, timestamp, and HTTP referrer for the purpose of operating the site (security, error monitoring, basic traffic counts). Squarespace's data handling is governed by their privacy policy.

We do not set cookies, fingerprinting scripts, or third-party advertising/analytics trackers on this site as of the last-updated date above. If we add a privacy-friendly analytics tool (e.g. Cloudflare Web Analytics or Plausible. Both cookieless), this policy will be updated to disclose it.

2.2 If you submit the free-sample form

The form on /free-sample/ submits via your email client (a mailto: link), sending the following directly to admin@oracleiq.info:

2.3 If you pay for a tier

Stripe processes the transaction. Stripe receives your name, email, billing address (if you enter one), card details, and IP. Governed by Stripe's privacy policy. We do not see or store your card details. We do receive, from Stripe, your email and the order metadata (tier, amount, purchase intake answers you provided at checkout) so we can fulfill the order.

2.4 If you reply to a delivery email

Your reply lands in admin@oracleiq.info, hosted on Google Workspace and accessed via IMAP/SMTP for the autonomous reply-classifier described in our About page. Google's data handling is governed by their privacy policy.

3. What we use it for

4. What we don't do with it

5. Where data lives

Your data may transit through US-based servers (Squarespace, Stripe, Google Workspace are US companies). If you're in the EU/UK and need a Data Processing Agreement (DPA), email admin@oracleiq.info. We'll execute the standard Stripe + Google DPAs that cover this.

6. Your rights

At any time you can:

If you are in the EU/UK/California: these rights map to GDPR (Articles 15–17, 21) and CCPA. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority if you believe we've mishandled your data.

7. Data retention

8. Children

This is a B2B product. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we delete it.

9. Changes

If this policy changes materially, the "last updated" date at the top of the page changes and (for paid customers) we email you a notice. Trivial wording fixes get the date bump only.

10. Contact

Privacy questions, data requests, complaints: admin@oracleiq.info. We respond within 7 days, usually within 1 business day.
