About Outbound-in-a-Box
Outbound-in-a-Box is a productized B2B lead-gen service built and operated by Caden McClure under the OracleIQ brand. One product, one operator, one clear job: ship CSVs of B2B prospects with personalized cold-email openers grounded in real public signals. Within 24 hours of an order coming in.
This page exists because before you wire money to a single-operator service, you deserve to know who's behind it, how it works under the hood, and what you're getting into.
Why this exists
Cold email collapsed under its own weight. Mail-merge personalization stopped fooling anyone around 2020. Reply rates on templated B2B outbound have settled under 1%. The fix everyone knows is "personalize at the prospect level". But the labor cost of doing that by hand makes it economically irrational for most teams to do.
What changed in the last 18 months is that the labor cost dropped. A combination of better B2B data (Vibe Prospecting / Explorium has firmographics + verified emails + signals in one query) and Claude-quality language models means a small operation can produce fully-researched, individually-grounded openers at the per-prospect cost of a database row. That's the bet OracleIQ is built on.
So instead of selling another database, or another sequencer, or another "AI personalization" SaaS that's mail-merge with fancy syntax. Outbound-in-a-Box ships the finished work. You pay $97 or $297 or $497, you get a CSV within 24 hours, every opener cites a verifiable signal, refund if any read templated.
How it works under the hood
Building this product as a one-person operation is only possible because the workflow is mostly autonomous. Roughly:
Stack
- Storefront: Stripe Payment Links + Customer Portal. Branded checkout, self-serve cancellation.
- Prospect data: Vibe Prospecting (Explorium) for firmographics + email verification + LinkedIn data.
- Signal sourcing: Public web search per prospect. Funding announcements, press releases, ProductHunt, conference talks, case studies.
- Opener generation: Claude (Anthropic) with a system prompt that enforces temporal correctness (no stale signals) and refuses to produce templated language.
- Delivery: Python engine assembles + QA-validates the CSV. SMTP-sends it from
admin@oracleiq.infowith the customer-facing email body. - Site + content: Plain HTML, no frameworks. Hosted on Squarespace.
The autonomous loop runs on a schedule: daily prospect batches (warm-up volume), tri-daily reply scanning, every-2-hour Stripe order processing, daily retention nurture for customers, weekly content drafting. Safety caps prevent runaway behavior. A bounce-rate gate auto-halts outbound if deliverability degrades.
What this means for you as a customer: orders process automatically end-to-end. Even if I'm asleep when you order, the pipeline picks it up within 2 hours, generates the CSV, and SMTP-sends it before the SLA hits. Operator-in-loop only for quality spot-checks and anything the safety system flags.
Who's behind admin@oracleiq.info
That's me. Caden. Solo operator, all reply emails come from a real human reading them (not a bot pretending). If you reply to a delivery, I see it. If something looks off, escalate to me directly and I'll fix it.
I built this as a one-person operation deliberately. The whole point is that signal-grounded outbound is supposed to be cost-prohibitive for a small team. But isn't anymore, if you build the system right. Running this lean keeps prices honest ($97 for 50 prospects vs. agency-equivalent at $5–10k for the same work) and lets the savings show up in your invoice instead of in middleman markups.
What you can and can't expect
What you'll get:
- A CSV within the tier SLA (24h for Starter/Growth, 48h for Scale).
- Every prospect: verified email, LinkedIn URL, firmographics, signal source + cited verbatim, personalized opener, full draft email.
- A delivery email from
admin@oracleiq.infowith the CSV attached + a one-line "what to do with this." - Refund-if-templated: reply with any opener that reads canned, I redo the row. If the whole batch misses, I redo the whole batch. If you still want out, full refund.
What I can't guarantee:
- Reply rates. Those depend on your sender warmup, deliverability, follow-up sequence, and offer-market fit. A great opener takes you from <1% to 4–7% on a healthy sender. It can't fix bad deliverability or a bad offer.
- Specific named companies. Your ICP defines who lands in the batch. If a specific company is missing, tell me and I'll add (or swap out) the row.
- Same-day Scale-tier delivery. 500-prospect batches take longer to generate. That's why Scale SLA is 48h.
The honest version
If your situation is "Series C+ enterprise SaaS with named-account sales teams," we're not the right fit. Those orgs convert outbound at much lower rates regardless of opener quality. Outbound-in-a-Box is optimized for 1–200 employee targets with founder-led or small-team GTM. See how we compare to Apollo / Clay for adjacent options.
